Laravel Development

When a website needs to do more than present information — accounts, payments, scheduling, dashboards, integrations with software you already run — that is an application, not a brochure. I build those in Laravel, the framework I have relied on for years because it is mature, well documented, and still maintainable years after launch.

Static Websites

Most business websites do not need a database or a login. Stripping those away leaves a site that loads almost instantly, cannot be hacked through a plugin, and costs very little to host. I build these with CampsiteJS, a static site generator I wrote and maintain myself.

ADA Compliance

Accessibility is not a plugin you install at the end. It is a set of decisions about contrast, keyboard access, markup, and labelling that get made while the site is being built. I build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and I can audit and remediate a site you already have.

How a project actually goes

1. We talk No forms to fill out first. You tell me what the site needs to do and what's gone wrong with previous attempts, and I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
2. You get a real number I quote after I understand the work, not before. If the budget doesn't fit the ambition, I'll say so and we'll scope it down rather than discovering it halfway through.
3. I build it, and you see it as it goes You get a working link early and it stays current. No month of silence followed by a reveal you have to react to politely.
4. You get the keys The code is yours. I'll host it if you want me to, or hand it over. I'll also show you how to make the edits you'll actually want to make, so you're not paying me to change a phone number.
